Meet your  pizza makers!

Lovers Pizzeria is a husband & wife Pizzeria started in 2023 by us  Victoria Moreno and Dusty Dworak. We are major pizza lovers and are heavily inspired by so many great independently run, family owned, American pizzerias. Lovers Pizzeria is a naturally leavened, never refrigerated, coal oven style pizzeria with fresh dough made daily by us. Since Day 1 we have mixed, stretched, balled, proofed, topped and baked every single pizza that has come out of the shop. We are driven by the flavors and textures of east coast coal oven pizza combined with the terroir and local producers in Texas. We use locally milled grains and work with local farmers, ranchers, and cheese makers. Lovers Pizzeria would not be the same without the amazing local producers in central Texas. We aim to support and continue to inspire a community of local producers. We love making pizza and hope that you feel how much we love and care about our community through our pizza.
